At Lumroot, we ship worldwide directly to your door. Here's everything you need to know.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Times
We ship internationally from our fulfilment partners. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of World: 12–25 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier backlogs, or peak holiday periods.

Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum spend required.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the system.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, contact us at tracktivesg@gmail.com and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Lumroot is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing your order.
